You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit for the classes. DJAZZEX takes all reasonable care in conducting classes but accepts no responsibility for injury or loss caused in or near the classes. Notice must be given if discontinuing classes. Discounts will be forfeited if not paid by end of second week. Unless sufficient notice is given of non participation in concerts and assessments, late withdrawals will still incur the same charges as if participating. You allow you or your child’s photograph to be used for promotional purposes. Your information will be placed in our current roll to receive information relating to future and current classes.
