Deepening Presence Through Yoga
Traditional Indian yoga was designed with one purpose in mind. It served as a vehicle to deepen awareness (cultivate the witness as they say in India) and help the practitioner dis-identify from the constant barrage of thoughts. In the language of Eckhart Tolle - traditional yoga seeks to cultivate the power of now.
My passion is to guide you deeper into presence using the tools of yoga, meditation and mindfulness.
Each week we will explore and experience a different method of cultivating awareness and training the mind.
This course will teach you various methods for entering the state of flow (otherwise known as presence, the zone, no-mind) which is the aim of all meditation. The aim is that you can take away these tools for use in daily life.
